Any developments about Dexcom on prescription?

Hi, I think next year may see a change! Dexcom is working on the new G7 sensor, it’s a disposable unit like the Libre. They hope this will bring down the cost and hopefully that will enable it to be available in the NHS. I have just started self funding the Dexcom G6, initially I was only doing...

Hi all, first off I'm sorry I have not posted in ages! Last week my bloods were still in the late teens while on 3 different tablets and it was decided that I was to start on Insulin. Gliclazide!

Hi, when I went on to Glicazide, it was 2 or 3 weeks before I started to notice the drop in my readings. I don't know if it's the same for everyone? My practice nurse was speaking about Victoza last time I was in. It's a non insulin injection that's given once a day. I think she said it works...

    Next Step?

I was thinking it may not be T2, the nurse is wondering if she should refer me to the hospital. Don't eat a lot of protein... Try to balance all my meals. Most of my meals are prepared from scratch and I'm a bit anal about portion control etc.

    Next Step?

Hi Denise, I have a very low carb intake. Cut down on everything when my bloods started playing up! Nothing I do good wise helps.
