    Anyone on the Ascend Plus trial?

    I may contact the Ascend+ team myself as I find the 14 mg pretty nauseating ( literally ) and constipating. What has helped me is to take Fybogel morning and evening and that has eased my constipation - I will cut back to one sachet per day. when jhabits become more stable.
