I forgot to mention that I am on meteor min & insulin. Ask your Gp if he will put u on Victoza that helps u loose some weight. How it works is when u feel full it will make u feel sick or even be sick. It has worked for me. I have lost a good bit of weight.

Hi Rob i also had to stop taking quinine for leg cramps.I now drink diet iron bru that has quinine in,also low calorie bitter lemon & tonic water, both have quinine in.I just drink a can or bottle twice a week & that is enough for me.I hope this is some help to you.John :)
