When my wife's sensor fails I use the online support form. I keep a file with the info they need, Phone type , operating software etc etc. Much easier than phoning. However with the last failure I got a message asking for all the info again! I said that they had all the info but they came back...

Hi, posting on behalf of my wife, a type 1 with 35 years experience of this challenging condition. Three months in to self funding Libre freestyle sensor with some odd teething problems. For instance sensor started with reader but next day reader says ended this has happend twice now. However...
