    Thank you, I've been feeling this ever since I was diagnosed, over 12 years ago. approx 8/10 people in my family have T2, we are genetically pre-disposed to diabetes. Even the NHS treats T2s as second class citizens.

    Insulin and heat

    I keep my insulin in the fridge until I need to use it, then I take it out and leave it in a drawer as it says it needs to be used 'at room temp'. Should I still be keeping this cool, although not chilled to fridge temp?
