I work shifts some nights some days and some twilights which can start at 3pm and finish at 3am they mess me up as am now asleep when should be having my levimer haven't quite figured out how to tackle it yet, I also hate night shifts

Hi Jack, sorry for delayed reply I only get the internet at work. I'm 5'5" weight 10st 10ibs I take 12 units of levimer a day and adjust my novorapid before meals, usually between 7 - 12 units.
