Why do some people not take T2 serious

I may get slated here but to be fair 1 chocolate a day isn't going to cause great harm in the scheme of things, many Type 2's have a small treat here and there, I have seen many a posts where a diabetic will wonder why their sugars are a bit up and down and they don't understand why as they have...

I've used both Tegaderm and Cutoderm film patches but with the heat I've started to have issues with them, now becoming really itchy under it etc (although only started this year and I've been using Libre for 2 years), I've just recently went for a libre armband that I'll be trying out on my...

    Constantly worried about future complications

I don't mean to sound harsh but I slightly envy people that have had bad periods and been diabetic years and have no complications, I was diagnosed with my first eye related condition less than a month into my Type 1, the second less than 2 years in despite good control so things could be worse

    A very silly question

Different pens allow different maximum units, the reusable Novopen Echo for instance does increments of 0.5u and it's max dose is 30u, we all have different insulin sensitivity and those with insulin resistance do tend to require larger doses

    Why is Libre1 so inaccurate?

Some people just don't get on with them, most of mine are well within the tolerated % difference but I have had a few replacements when they have become inaccurate from the 8th day, also I'd just report the others too, they ask for comparisons to BG so I doubt they think your scamming them...

    OCD and Type 1

I can't help on the medication front as I refuse to take medication for it but what type of OCD are they suffering? Low sugars while wearing a mask

Complain higher than the shop itself, contact the actual company, you were in a medical emergency and you are allowed to take off your mask to treat them, /i wouldn't stand for that at all xx

    Type 1 Covid vaccine (poorly)

That's good then! Yeah I'd get in touch with the GP then as you may have some other sort of infection brewing, no harm in contacting them :) xx
