I’ve made a top and bottom pie with the Panda shortcrust, worked well and didn’t blind bake.
Also made mini cheese and onion pies which were delicious.
Also recomend the Suet pastry option, fresh suet from the butcher though not Atora!!

Me too with the new version of Panda flour!!
Loving the new recipes, I’ve made cakes, burger buns, sausage rolls and even pies! Such a treat to have low carb pastry
Gram flour is still best part of 60g carbs per 100g so only slightly better.

Although I do sympathise with the companies themselves. They pick a courier company and it seems to be pot luck across the country how efficient it proves to be.
My favourite used to be DPD, who were regular and efficient.
Now it’s a nightmare and I avoid due to...
New offering from SRSLY.
Took delivery of these today, not cheap and I wasn’t too hopeful of what they’d be like, but the chance of a croissant was too much to pass up.
Have to say I’m delighted with them.
Smaller than a usual croissant but very filling.
I’m not sure how they’ve managed it...
@David999 just had a look at Morrisons website.
7g sounds tempting, but just to point out that it’s actually 10.6g of carbs. 7 of which are sugar.
It’s the carb content which is the important bit regardless of how much is sugar.
