    SRSLY low carb Croissants

Feel your pain @KennyA Although I do sympathise with the companies themselves. They pick a courier company and it seems to be pot luck across the country how efficient it proves to be. My favourite used to be DPD, who were regular and efficient. Now it’s a nightmare and I avoid due to...

    SRSLY low carb Croissants

New offering from SRSLY. Took delivery of these today, not cheap and I wasn’t too hopeful of what they’d be like, but the chance of a croissant was too much to pass up. Have to say I’m delighted with them. Smaller than a usual croissant but very filling. I’m not sure how they’ve managed it...

Berberine - has anyone used this instead of Metformin in Type 2 diabetes?

I too suffered badly with Metformin, thankfully was only on it a short while. I did then try some Berberine from British Supplements, all was well for 24 hours then all hell broke loose! Metformin was tame in comparison, no idea if it will help you. The only way I guess is to try. Maybe a...

    My resistant starch experiment

I too tried the resistant starch experiment. Pasta and rice were both useless, my system found very little difference in levels. Potato however was very successful for me. So much so that I’m now able to enjoy my beloved pasties again. Albeit cheese and potato with Panda flour pastry but...

    Reversing T2 With Supplements

So @Bye Bye T2, are we really to believe that this particular supplement is a cure for T2 diabetes and a weight loss treatment ? Forgive my cynicism but someone should let the NHS know.
