@Speedbird and @shelley262
Me too with the new version of Panda flour!!
Loving the new recipes, I’ve made cakes, burger buns, sausage rolls and even pies! Such a treat to have low carb pastry
Gram flour is still best part of 60g carbs per 100g so only slightly better.
Have you looked at these?
Lupin flour- 9g
Coconut flour 12g
Almond flour 6g
Feel your pain @KennyA
Although I do sympathise with the companies themselves. They pick a courier company and it seems to be pot luck across the country how efficient it proves to be.
My favourite used to be DPD, who were regular and efficient.

New offering from SRSLY.
Took delivery of these today, not cheap and I wasn’t too hopeful of what they’d be like, but the chance of a croissant was too much to pass up.

Metformin was tame in comparison, no idea if it will help you. The only way I guess is to try.
Maybe a...
I too tried the resistant starch experiment.
Pasta and rice were both useless, my system found very little difference in levels.
Potato however was very successful for me.
So much so that I’m now able to enjoy my beloved pasties again.
Albeit cheese and potato with Panda flour pastry but...
So @Bye Bye T2, are we really to believe that this particular supplement is a cure for T2 diabetes and a weight loss treatment ?
Forgive my cynicism but someone should let the NHS know.
