There is no way I'm letting anyone other than my partner and a few close friends know. I'm not going to have people silently scrutinise everything I eat.
When I was diagnosed one of my hobbies was making pizza so I miss that tremendously.
With my trial CGM I wanted to test my home made pizza and found I peaked 6 hours later but didn't go back to normal until 10 hours after. So the plan next time is to split the dose into 3 and take quite a lot...
I found a small dose of B12 not very useful but have upped it considerably to 5 times the recommended dose. It is working very well now. There's actually no upper limit for B12.
I seem to get more tingling when my control is good and my sugars low. Does anyone else experience this? Or know why it happens? It's really scaring me.
Unfortunately not. [emoji17] The danger period for any weight loss diet is when you finish. You have to work out how much more you can eat, but often it's not much more than the diet. Jenny Ruhl has a good book on diets and what works or doesn't work.
