    Getting serious about Low Carbs!

    I'm trying to get to grips with a low-carb diet for my husband who has Type 2. He has a sweet tooth unfortunately and I'd like to be able to make muffins/cakes that he can have as a treat. Someone suggested using applesauce instead of fat and sugar - anyone here have a good recipe for them...
