I was diagnosed 4 years ago with Type 2 diabetes with a count of 77, I had my bloods checked last week and my count is now 37. I can only attribute this to losing over 3 stone in weight and being careful to enjoy treats now and again. I am so pleased to be told my diabetes is in remission.Interact
