    I go for walks, sometimes I'm walked by my other half. I have a standing desk at home (so I don't sit at my desk too much). I also have an Air Glider 360 which I use on days where it's just too miserable to venture out.

    Kindness,Travel & exploration, Languages, Art & Photography, Delicious food, Cooking & Creating, Sciencey Stuff, logical philosophy, Taoism, garage psychology, Reading & Writing, and all kinds of Documentaries.
    Dislikes:
    Religious & Political Fanaticism, that sneeze that just won't happen, creepy ventriloquist dolls and oompaloompas.

    1st HbA1c review 25/4/19 results show that I test normal for a person without diabetes :joyful: >4.2
