6.8 this morning. I am stunned it is that low as yesterday I threw caution to the wind and ate exactly the same amount of carbs as everyone else. This included two deserts with our dinner (a lemon méringue pie and a strawberry roulade)

@Lamont D - yes, I agree with @SlimLizzy that it is wonderful how things have improved for you and that your gardening most probably is a very relaxing thing for you to do.
Daughter and family have now gone back home.
We had a wonderful time with them and are now exhausted - especially Bonnie who has slept right through her dinner time.
She has been so good with the grandchildren. They really love her. She is just 9 months old this week.

House is pretty well ready for our daughter and family's visit. They are arriving early afternoon tomorrow.
I must confess that Mr K has done the bulk of the work.
Window cleaner came today, so we now also have lovely clean windows.

I am also a bit like that and often find myself going down fascinating rabbit holes when I am doing research on how our bodies move and stabilise - especially when looking at areas of the body that are very neglected by the mainstream.
