5.4 this morning. Our hairdresser friend cut our hair earlier today. It is so much more relaxing than going to a salon to have my hair cut. Relaxing now after afternoon 1:1s and evening classes

5.5 this morning. Am relaxing with a coffee before setting off to classes. Luckily they are local today

5.3 this morning. Yesterday we got a letter the a debt collection agency on behalf of the HMRC for unpaid tax. This was the PAYE that I completely forgot to pay in December when Mr K was having his op. When HMRC reminded me in March I immediately paid it but didn't realise that I couldn't use...

5.9 this morning. Had a lovely walk around Stow Hall Gardens yesterday. This was the first time we had visited there. After my lovely 2 week break am really busy. Am relaxing with a coffee after a lovely meal in thr pub up the road. So have fully recharged before the evening classes.

That is awful @Annb. Not surprised you are cross with them.

5.7 this morning. Another busy day. Covid jab this morning. Arm not sore at all, which is good. Am completely up to date with admin and o n my return from evening classes have relaxed with a cup of coffee and read and relaxed.

5.8 this morning. Have done absolutely loads of admin today and am now relaxing with a coffee before setting off to Norwich for classes.

Thank you @Outlier that is so helpful. It all makes perfect sense. She is a very food orientated Labrador and a yummy treat is her idea of heaven. Thank you for taking the time to give me strategies to cope with her fear and also how to avoid getting it wrong.
