5.4 this morning We had a really lovely walk around Sheringham Park this morning. It is one of my favourite places and the weather was perfect. We met and chatted with several friendly dog walkers. Bonnie was very well behaved. A really relaxing day.

5.2 this morning. Busy day teaching and am now relaxing and reading while Mr K watches cricket and formula 1 racing. Hopefully there will be no rain here tomorrow and we can visit Sheringham Park and see the lovely rhododendrons

5.2 this morning. I can't believe it is Thursday already. This week is really speeding by so fast. Another beautiful sunset on our way back from Norwich this evening.

5.5 this morning. Busy day of classes. Sunset was beautiful on the way home from Norwich. When we got back rour village there were puddles everywhere. Good to see that we have had some significant rainfall

6.5 this morning. I am afraid that yesterday's special treat morphed into 3 special treats. I think that l was so tired that willpower and common sense went out of the window. Back on the straight and narrow today. Classes going very well in Norwich. Now just the evening classes to do.

5.0 this morning. Course was really good today. Am actually quite tired now. It is amazing just how tiring using your brain for hours and hours is.

5.4 this morning. I was dreading the course today as the course notes were so complex but luckily the teacher was brilliant and the course was nothing like the dry academic notes. Also there were only 2 of us on the course, which has never happened before and the teacher was able to tailor it...

Interesting blood sugars at the moment. 4.6 this evening. We have just had a little thunderstorm which has really bought the temperature down to a nice level.

4.9 this morning. Relaxing with a coffee before tackling a bit more admin. Several emails and enquiries to answer. This heat does make me feel lazy. Good that it is cooler tomorrow
