6.0 this morning. Last night I was really tired after classes and when Mr K asked me if I would like to share a sweet treat with him I immediately said yes. I have noticed that when I am really tired my willpower goes out the window. At least that is my defence m'lud.

It looks like your last sensor was accurate and it definitely wasn't a fluke @ianpspurs. I did have a lovely relaxing break yesterday. I definitely needed it.

5.1 this morning. Am relaxing in the conservatory with a coffee before setting off to classes in Norwich. A busy day again, but have made sure that I have a nice long break for my meal in the pub across the road.
