6.2 this morning. I wore my warm balaclava for the dog walk today. It was so cosy. I bought it a couple of years ago because of a scathing one star review on Amazon. The review said 'don't buy this balaclava it is far too warm for our UK climate'. Obviously perfect for me.

5.5 this morning. Sorted out my winter clothes this morning. Now I have my lovely extra warm jumpers in my wardrobe, rather than the storage box under my bed. It is definitely warm winter jumper weather at the moment. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas.

6.0 this morning. Mr K had a follow up appointment with the Consultant. All going very well. He wants to do a last check up in 6 weeks time. They have a wonderful coffee machine there - so I was doubly happy.

5.7 this morning. Have been really busy updating lesson plans for all my clients and doing a million other things. Actually it will really help to have done all this when I go back to teaching classes so I am lucky to have this time off.
