Yes. I think Mexican food is bad for me. But it's so good. And I've always loved unsweet tea so that was never an issue. Gatorade was easy for me to kick. Even though I loved it. It was the easiest. Smoking was the hardest. But that seems to have been successful
Yes. I change sides of my stomach and arms. I rotate every time I do an injection. The hard thing is I can't inject myself in my arms so if my moms not with me I have to do it on my stomach again. But I was only told to change location every time I inject. Not to switch every 2 weeks.
I have seen the educator on it. They gave me a bunch of papers to know how many carbs is in things like a pound of cheese. I try to stay away from processed foods and stick to the fresher things. However that's kind of hard to do when I need to eat on the run for work. But I have found it easier.

Ok. So I'm new to this forum. And may it's countries or maybe I'm just too new to this. But when I test I get a 3 digit number. I.e 189 (my fasting blood sugar this morning). But reading this I'm seeing 8.6 (random #). What is the difference and how do I calculate that.
Hi. I've been type 1 for a little over a year now. When I was first diagnosed I was able to get it under control with diet and exercise and was able to honeymoon for about 3 months. Now I am out of the honeymoon phase I do insulin everyday. I have my endocrinologist saying I don't need the...
