Did I make the right decision?

Thanks for all the replies, I hadn't realised the effect Glicazide was having on my beta cells. I wish my GP had explained at the time, perhaps I would have made a different decision.

You just need to take time to understand what you can about about this illness, there's no rush, no...

    Breakfast help

My favourite quick and tasty brekkie is one thickly chopped mozzarella, two thickly chopped tomatoes, a few fresh basil leaves with a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. All of which can be prepared the night before and eaten anywhere.

    Ulcerative Colitis and Type 2

I was diagnosed with UC almost 30 years ago and have coped with it reasonably well during that time however the last 3 years have been more of a challenge. I was on high doses of steroids for the best part of a year prior to my Type 2 diagnosis and am pretty sure that was a contributing factor...

Big night planned, what's the best strategy?

I am meeting up with a couple of cousins that I haven't met for 30 year this weekend. They are big drinkers and in my past so was I. Alcohol is going to be a big part of this get together and I am trying to come up with the best way to handle it. My current plan is to drink only Dry Martini...
