Hi jocat44 my daughter wears the dexcom we have had this problem once before and i rang up dexcom and told them, they were really good and sent us out a new transmitter and 2 new sensors for free, i would give it one more try and the give them a call [emoji5]

Yes do so its worth it if you can get the meter from them, we had to wait to week to go on the trial but they had a lot trying it out at that time
