I have had a run of bad health for the last few years. Extreme menopausal hot flushes meant that had to take double doses of HRT gel.
I then developed BPPV - a type of vertigo, then was rushed into hospital with blood clots on both lungs.
In the midst of all this I was diagnosed Type 2 diabetic, low in vitamin D and anaemic.
However, I am more than just a walking illness and I am determined to take control instead of illness controlling me, so I'm attempting a gentle exercise regimine and a low GI diet.
All help and support appreciated!
