Swimming is good it has good affects on my sugar readings . I like it because it is low impact i go if I,am carrying an injury . Like anything else it need to be done regularly build yourself up and try and swim further everything you go.
no matter what i do or eat i still get the extreme tiredness between two and four. I think i will have to move to Spain and take advantage of the siesta :oldman:
Sunday dinner with no spuds is going to take some getting used to..A bit of training later this gets rid of any tension an stress . As my readings were high yesterday . I am convinced stress is a bigger player in suger raises than people think. Be interested to know what other people's thoughts...

Trying to stay away from the booze rugby and having a few pints went hand in hand for me for a very long time.TBH it was a lot more than a few pints old habits are hard to break . Not drinking as meant greater suger control .
