I've just started on Dapagliflozin 10mg after coming off Mounjaro. I take it first thing in a morning but I am up all night peeing. 4 times last night. I am someone that when they wake up can't go straight back to sleep so it's really messing with me. Does this wear off after you have been...
Mounjaro is meesing with my digestion. I've had a couple of times recently with total blockage followed by diarrhoea and vomiting for days. I am up now but still haven't eaten for 3 days. I'm on 7.5mg and have been for over a year.
Are there any newer tablet meds about that don't increase...
What dose of Mounjaro are you on. When I was first shown Mounjaro she said it was brilliant there were so many levels you could go through until you reached a sweet spot. I'm on 7.5mg but she is now saying I can't go to the next dose. I'm getting reduced appetite for a couple of days but then...
I'm really miffed. I am almost a month now with no medication. Why on earth would they bring me in to talk me through how to use it without telling me I had to get needles. I don't mind buying them but I have no idea which ones to get. There are a lot of different ones. Is anybody on this...
I'm having a mare with this. I have received a box dated to expire 5-24. This came with a letter saying all of that batch is now actually 10-24 expire. Secondly I have opened the packet and there are no needles inside. Is this normal. Surely I don't have to buy my own needles?
Somebody mentioned it in a group and I googled. I thought it was worth a try as I have some. There have been some scientific studies as well but I only scanned them so don't know how valid they are.
I was told about neem for diabetes T2 and have just bought some neem oil for the allotment. All the info I have read is about using the leaves which I can't get but can you somehow use the oil instead?
This is something that will be different for everybody. For me it is first thing in the morning before food and drink exepting water. I find this kick starts my day and focuses me.
I agree. I hate the term 'reversed' in relation to diabetes. If it is controlled by a low carb diet it's still there. It's like saying an alcoholic that doesn't drink is no longer an alcoholic.
I got my email today but I was expecting it. It doesn't just take into account illnesses but also ethnicity and if your are in a deprived area etc. It looks at the whole picture. Mine is because I am type 2 and have a couple of other autoimmune conditions and histamine intolerance.
It's done...
Last time I lost all my weight I was working on:
1500 cals
8% carbs (30g)
21% protein (77g)
71% fat (119g)
I lost the weight but lost a lot of muscle tone which I never got back. What are good protein macros for not losing the muscle during weight loss. I am exercising again but have found...
