Went to the gym today and now have a program to complete twice a week so feel positive about that.
Will keep low carbing and keep positive.
Someone sent me info about boka bars & interesting as they are all green on the GDA label. Cant actually vouch for them as not tried but may be interesting to research.

It does sound like maybe I am expecting perfection (in my nature :0) so I will keep doing what I am doing, worry less & keep learning.
I am not on any medication at the moment and hope to keep it that way if possible.
