I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in 2007.
Got put on Metformin pretty much straight away.
Blood sugars have been all over the place mainly in double figures.
As of 2017 I got put on Gliclazide and then Victoza.
If there's no vast improvement then my diabetes nurse specialist is looking at starting me on Xultophy injections, this is a once a daily combined pre-filled pen of both Victoza and Insulin.
