Oops! Another good place to chat is "Good Morning" and there are others too. If you look on the type 1 forum there may be others that I don't know

I've been using the forum since August last year and I'm so glad I found it, I'm not on any social websites either. Come onto type 2 life thread and chat with some others

Hi 13lizanne its good to meet you too. Can't get over how much support I feel I get from this site. Just knowing there are so many of us all with different or same issues. I am not on any other site like facebook or anything, not my thing, but am really finding this site great. How long have you been using the site?

Have an amazing family-husband, daughter & 2 boys, whom I love spending time with. I also have a few fab friends who are very supportive.
Love cats (have a beautiful little cat called Yuna who I hand fed when my husband rescued her at 2 weeks old. My daughter has 2 of her sisters & we re-homed the 4th)
Love horses & dogs, all animals really (they are so comforting)

    Dislikes:
    Diabetes!
People who are cruel to people or animals.
Currently v. high long term blood sugars. I had been neglecting my diabetic care ( due to mental health issues) but am trying to retake control & hope next long term will be a little better & that the one after that will be vastly improved.
Looking at requesting an additional insulin when I see gp next week, as I used to take 4 injections a day.
