    Thanks for the information we figured it out after using a testing solution that the strips he had for his meter were bad once we switched to new strips everything is ok now

    He is on a 1800 calorie Ada diet and his insulin is a sliding scale ratio / carb. This morning his levels were 218 before breakfast he had 3/4 cup wheaties with half cup of almond milk his sugar levels raised to 303mmg/do after 2hrs of taking his insulin whjich was 12 units and eating breakfast.

    Have 2 different glucose meters and getting 2 different readings which are 100 points in difference which one do I trust, the lower reading or the higher reading?
