    Yes I agree Grazer... And Sid Bonkers I think you make a good point re Low carbing as testing and testing and even more testing allows u to enjoy all kinds of food without the spikes. Though I tend to stick to most brown food(low GI)! Oh, by the way, Nutella is yummy! LOL

    Pre snack BG: 5.2 Post snack 2hrs: 6.1 Just to note this reading is based on one medium sliced Burgen bread (Linseed and Soya) and Nutella spread. I guess it's the low GI that helps as it breaks down the glucose gradually?
