    I'm doing ok,had a few blips, managing well with the yoghurt for breakfast and seeds or just eggs,it's the evenings I struggle with as still have Xmas snacks! I am trying the 8 week blood sugar diet although to a slightly more calorie one to start!

    Thank you for reply, it's been 4 years since had gd so trying to remember it all! The nurse was just really brief, she has referred me to a pre diabetes course so hopefully that will be more clear. Thanks about the glucose meter,my mum has offered to buy me one for Xmas!!! [emoji23]
