So much gone to the charity shop. I have a box which I labelled up the "Too BIG Box" and I get a buzz from putting clothes in there ready for the charity shop. Last weekend we went to a Black Tie event and the Dinner Suit I was wearing I had way back in 1999 and its almost too big.

24 weeks in. Weight down by 46¾lb, (21.2kgs) BMI down from 37.8 to 30.66 Collar size down by 1½ inches Trousers down by 6 inches Jacket size down by 8 inches Blood Pressure down, now average 126/80
