Hi, I was wondering if anyone had advice. I wanted to lower my Hba1c its 7% at the moment highest its ever been and its really getting me down as I dont feel myself anymore. Any advice please. Ive always had a good reading but had my 2nd child a year ago and its just gone up as lost control.

Hi. @Mrsass their not too bad. But i do have 2 -3 highs a day so like 12s 13. I feel sick and dizzy all day and night. The doctors arent too worried but i am because obv something is going on. Ive had so many tests done and im just thinking maybe it could be something to do with diabetes
