A low carb diet is considered to be under 130g a day. However lots of people hear stay far below that I personally do around 80g a day I am due my 2nd Hba1c on Friday 14th if July so will see what the results are then and if I remember will post.
Before i knew about this site I bought a sinocare safe AQ meter off amazon. I know which meters people here say are the best. should I ditch the sinocare or is it accurate? It quite expensive testing all the time.
