Yes its available over the counter. Tho if you ask your GP should prescribe. I have a 500 tub and bought a small one for holidays.

Have also found the following useful - Cetraben cream used to wash the vulva (mix with a little water, wash, rinse and gently dry) is a real help, and use it neat to moisturise and protect afterwards.

My daughter had gestational diabetes and tested me for the fun of sticking a pin in me I guess. Straight to the doctors for tests and diagnosis.

Hi there, i am T2 and a week ago I developed BP and the treatment was high dose steroids and antivirals. Sugars are now sky high and I am taking metformin. Steroids etc stopped now. Any idea how long it takes for metformin to work? Blurry vision as well as lopsided face, very tired and fed up...
