    I started on Metformin three times a day and a year ago I was down to just one (which I still take)

    i get this horrible dull headed feeling like trying to concentrate but not being able too .a bit like swimming though thick mud i do not know if this makes sense

    yes on metformin twice a day but the dry mouth and thirst is a sign to me i am high in bg i also have tingles in feet and legs been tired and sleepy all day but put that down to the weather or the opiates from my chronic pain

    It will go down as soon as you know how to control it I can assure you. Please try not to worry. Are you on medication from your GP?
