    Morning all! 8.4 - not a good night sleep… my cat returned home yesterday after 7 months away from home and due to working away have not been able to see her - but will do today!

    7.4 this morning, on Libre but checked against my monitor and I’m 8.4 so perhaps there’s a bit of a difference between the way it’s measured. Will check this for the rest of the 10 days left on the sensor.

    Morning 6.8 on waking - better than yesterday. Aiming to walk more today and stop eating after my evening meal. Have a great day everyone!

    Good morning everyone - back here again after many years absent. I am testing a Libre for the next couple of weeks to see how I go. 7.8 on waking. Have a great Sunday.

    I have similar numbers this morning and in my experience eating low carb at evening meal and having it earlier in the day before 6pm, walking afterwards and keeping hydrated helps me have lower numbers first thing in the morning.

    9.8 this morning not going in the right direction :-( however o know why - a recent bereavement and also eating out as it’s my birthday. Lots of walking this weekend and low carb eating - I hope to turn this around in the next couple of days - have a good weekend!
