    You have to realise , there is big business out there , with lobby's for Beef, egg pork eTc they will invest millions to make sure no one gives bad words . For me i am a big believer in WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED.

    thanks i have had time to get my around it both, i know that without a life changing diet lifestyle its highly likley that within 5 years i'm 50% to get it again and then its curtains i think i have found the right path to tread, positive i'll be around for another 20 years i;m 57 years old
