Hi. Can anyone recommend a sensor cover for the Medtronic G4 sensors? They are so ugly. Libre are so much more attractive but stuck with G4 for closed loop. Been looking at the "not just a patch" on Amazon but reviews show some quite bad skin reactions and issues with breathability.
Can anyone advise if they have used these or anything like this? if so how did you find them and what did you use them for (and I don't mean feet) :)

Bobby that’s interesting re the Vicks! Do you have neuropathy triggered by cold? Mine seems worse when warm. I have started using an after sun cream which helps for a while. If interested it’s this one. Makes sense I suppose if feeling a burning sensation much like sun burn it might help...
John I know how you feel. I have had 2 frozen shoulders, that come back every few years. Carpel tunnel which I won’t get operated on because every one I know has had limited improvement from including you by the sounds of it it. Back, shoulder and neck pain. Random stabbing pains in many...
Afternoon. Need some recommendations please. Can anyone recommend decent diabetic socks to aid neuropathy symptoms in feet? Slippers and shoes too if you have good experience? Type 1 diabetic for 35 years well controlled but now suffering from itchy burning sore feet and its doing my head in...
Medtronic have done some maintenance and sent out emails telling you how to resync to pump but I have tried everything and still having issues.
Prior to this maintenance work I had issues with the pump losing connection with the app so might be a wider problem with my set up.
I have...
I have recently switched to a medtronic pump and as yet they don't have an app to bolus so you have to access the pump directly. I had a Roche pump previously which had a hand set so I would wear the pump inside my clothes and bolus etc from the handset. Now I have to keep the pump accessible at...
Hi Sarah69
I am type 1 but I have the same problem. The only thing that properly works for me is cold turkey (not the meat). I would reduce sugar and stop eating cakes and chocolate etc but it was painful every day all day. Constant torture of fighting it is exhausting and that ends up resulting...
Hi. I’ve recently changed my
Pump and going on holiday there is now so much more stuff to take it doesn’t fit in my usual travel bag. Anyone got any recommendations for large bathroom type bags suitable for carrying the sensors, infusions etc? Doesn’t need to be chill bag
HI. Just came across your post here 2 years late (sorry). I am also looking at the benefits of autophagy in type 1 but also generally for health. Did you find an answer to your question above? I think it would be unlikely that you would need to be consistently that low as surely restricting all...
