I am a type one diabetic. Occasionally my HB A1 C reaches very low levels. This doesn’t mean I am not a type one diabetic anymore it just means I am a type one diabetic with very low HB A1 C. Low HB A1 C doesn’t mean you are cured, it just means you have a low HbA1c.
Generally speaking I think exercise has become a dirty word.
Can not find any conversation in these threads where someone says "it's my fault I eat to much sugar".

I find fatigue to be a problem too. Doing hard exercise helps a lot. I swim over three miles a week and feel way better for it. I have joint problems and suffer a lot of pain, it helps this too.
Type one diabetes. When I test:
Breakfast
Bedtime
Before hard swim (3 times a week)
After hard swim (3 times a week)
Before meals 3 times a day
During suspected hypo (5 times a week)
Total needed per 4 weeks: 180
Total given on prescription 200
