I had two different faulty batches back in 2013 as the replaced faulty batch was faulty too! It was published in MHRA website on 25/10/2013 to recall the faulty batches.I was quite ill and constantly had hypoglycaemia when I was using the faulty insulin. Some batches had double or triple doses...
