I had a routine blood test at my surgery and blood glucose came Bach high at 9.4 but have checked it since in the chemist it read 5.5 and have also since tested on my father in laws blood glucose test strip thing and it was 5.9 and 6.4 so I'm not sure if diabetic or nor as the doctor suggested...

Can anyone help with my last post question please as I am really not sure what the answer is .?

I have had a blood glucose test recently at my surgery which was 9.4 but have tested since at home on my father in laws reader and at pharmacy and it reads on average between 5.5 to 6.3 .Any answers would be helpfull as the day before I had the surgery test I had a really heavy night prior...
