For quite a while I have been concerned about getting diabetes. My late Father had a bad time with Type 2, amputated big toe and then lower leg, had to go onto dialysis. Had many ulcers on lower legs. I'm determined NOT to go down his route, but it is difficult!

I stand at 6'4" tall and weigh 94.2 kg. I weigh myself every morning. My weight is on the rise again and am battling to get it down.

Profoundly Deaf most of my life, now I have a Cochlear Implant.

    More later!
