I do have arthritis in my hands, which is why I get my husband to try after I’ve given the twisting my all. Alas, he couldn’t open them either. It is just twisting the cap, right? No odd hand placement or push down and then twist, right?

Sounds like a great idea, but I think the problem might be a manufacturer’s defect. I have tried messaging customer support, but they have not been able to help. I will call them on Monday and try talking to someone. I cannot believe I’m the only one who has had this problem. Thanks to everyone...

I am trying to start using the Freestyle Libre 2, but I cannot unscrew the cap from the applicator. My husband couldn’t either, but the video shows the user (a woman) just easily unscrewing it. What do i need to do?
