Yes that test I bought.

It wasn’t a diabetes test. It was a glucose test. I had a talk with my GP last week who said he’d up the anti depressants. So I was really annoyed and thought I’d do the self check so I can prove it’s a physical problem and not a mental one.

I had the symptoms of diabetes or hypoglycaemia but at the hospital said blood sugar was normal. Diabetes Test came back ok. But I did a 12 hour fast and did a bought test and it said 300-500 as I found it hard to match the colours.

I fasted for 12 hours and did the blood sugar home test. These are really hard to compare the colours but I think it’s between 200-300 - 11-16.5

I have been gluten free due to ibs but that was more the wheat.

Im going to ask the Dr next week when I see him. I know a few years ago it was 41 or 42 so borderline pre diabetic but dr didn’t tell me it was the dietician.
