Chobani Zero sugar greek Lactose free yogurt use?

Hi @Omar51 I've had many trips to USA and always found the yoghurts to be very sweet and not natural tasting, and that was before I refined my own diet! . The ones we can get here in the UK are thicker and smoother with a subtle tang, especially those marketed as Greek or Greek style It's...

Blitz into a hummus type mash with garlic, olive oil and any other flavours you fancy. Chilli is good. Serve cold or warm gently as a side dish

Currently I'm loving M&S new olive oil mayo from their Only range. Or olive oils with or without lemon and or herbs. Or vinegar. Or lemon juice. Or any combination of the above. And simple and quick can be good. My lunch today was cold chicken amd mayo. Breakfast was scrambled eggs. Often...

@Antje77 you and your new friend might be interested to check out Dr Erin Bellamy (several talks on you tube). Interesting theories on how what we eat can affect mental health, and what food can help. Of course friendship and support goes a long way too :)

Why is there virtually ZERO interest by supermarkets in UK in selling LOW CARB foods?

Some of the products in the M&S "only" range are low carb, the burgers, sausages and mayo for example. But they are marketing them as simple rather than ultra processed so their marketing team obviously think there's more money to be made under that banner than low carb.

    Seed crackers M&S

Luckily, the differences aren't too great to worry about. I don't suppose anyone has a cracker fron 2021 to do a taste test against the new ones ... :D

    Seed crackers M&S

Interesting! I hadn't spotted the differences. Just moved to Olina when there was no alternative. Just doing a side by side I see Olinas are 80g weight per packet and M&S a whopping (in comparison!) 130g. . Might try a blind taste test one day. My home made ones are good but don't keep as...
