    Norovirus

Friends are just back from one that had an outbreak. He got poorly , she didnt, even though they were confined to cabin for 2 days (because he was ill, not whole ship). Best prevention is regular hot water and soap handwashing eg before and after each meal and using toilet. Sanitisers dont...

"What have you eaten" Parallel Chat

So sorry you are so cold. Its still unseasonably warm here, fingers crossed for a thunderstorm overnight - the garden needs it so. I'm heading your way, I think, in August. We're doing a 10 day sailing trip Hebrides but I'm not in charge of the route. Fingers crossed its warmer by then, for...

    Great places to eat

Dishoom does a very nice whole chicken... they think its for 4 but I did nearly manage all of it. The Big Easy is good for meats. Haven't been for a while but the mixed grill on their set lunch was very reasonable for the price

    Zero-carb beer

My husband enjoys Ghost Ship 0.5% from Adnams Or Lucky Saint 0.5%. Peroni 0 seems widely available nowadays and he drinks that if we are out for a meal. No idea of the carbs though, he's not diabetic, just a driver

I think you can ask the mods to set up a forum for mody, or at least its own thread. Have you tried using the search function to search for previous mody posts?
