how on earth do you live on less than 30g carbs a day??? i bet i have over 200g a day.
anyway ive been bad at remembering my insulin so ive got this app on my phone called dbees and you can set it up to set off an alarm when insulin is due.
when i was pregnant, mine only slowly went up. by 18 weeks i had probably only just got back to normal dose or a little more as like you, those first few weeks i had to reduce my insulin as i had lots of hypos. By the end i had doubled my insulin.
