    Nail bed infection - why?

Hello, does anyone get infections in the corner of their nails? Like the pic attached. I’ve read it could be a sign of diabetes. It’s incredibly painful. I currently have two infections. Can anyone offer advice? I’ve been low carb for 6 weeks so don’t know why it’s suddenly happening.

How long until I see changes?

Thank you, that’s such a kind and motivating message. I’ve always had symptoms of BS hypos and hypers so I thought I’d look into it as it was starting to affect my quality of life (waking with a hypo in the night, brain fog, dizziness, always hungry etc). Crashes and spikes

Thanks. I’m testing first thing and it’s usually around 5.6. And intermittently through the day. It went up to 10 after lunch of a sandwich yesterday. I’ll set a reminder to test 2 hrs after eating. That will give me some good info. I’m also getting crashes of 2.9 at around 3.30 in the morning...

    Crashes and spikes

Hello, I’ve been experiencing symptoms of dizziness, blurred vision, tiredness, poor sleep, sweats, lethargy recently. I’ve not been diagnosed but I felt my blood sugar was all over the place. So I bought a continuous glucose monitor (cgm). It’s shown my blood sugar goes down to 2.9 mmol and...
