    It's gone from 6.5 yester day morning. 7 beforeally my evening meal.7.8 this morning and 8.6 at lunch time. As I don't know what's high or low I am just floundering . I hope I am not being silly, thank you

    Mine was 7.8 but only just started yesterday. Had porridge with blueberries.

    Well here I am newly diagnosed. Totally gutted but determined to take control. I saw my diabetic nurse today and she was lovely. I got a blood testing machine and had a very good demonstration. Before lunch out comes the kit and I was pretty confident to do it on my own. 10 minutes later...
