Hi I absolutely love the garra rufa pedicure. I have really dry, cracked heels and it is fantastic. Your feet feel incredibly smooth afterwards and feel even softer a few days later. It doesnt hurt at all, just feels a little bit ticklish at first but then you get used to it. Hope this helps Sam
