    Blood sugar

I try not to eat too much bread and I've managed to get my carbs intake down so my bs readings have dropped too I'm happy with that , just got to get the weight off now . Weigh in in the morning so fingers crossed !

Yes there is a Lidl nearby . Are these rolls gluten free ? I tend to have that as normal bread doesn't like me much !!

I am trying to adopt a lower carb lifestyle but am still not too sure what I can and can't eat . I'm soon due to attend the DESMOND course so maybe it will all become clearer . I am on Metformin .

    Blood sugar

I'm newly diagnosed and am getting readings of around 6 in the morning and around 7.5 - 8 , 3 hours after a meal . I would like it to be lower and feel a bit panicky when its that high . Sometimes I am ok with what I eat but at other times I feel like I don't really know what I'm doing .
