    Hi Smudge, welcome and good luck. I did the ND, it’s not easy, but keep going no matter what - It’s worth it in the end, One tip.... be careful when you finish the ND.... plan week 9 and your transition from ND to your ongoing eating/diet.

    Jc man - I started on the “Low carb program” which meant I was targeting 100 carbs a day But quickly realised this wasn’t working so dropped to 50 a day, still not working, asked a few questions about fat intake levels etc. Decided to go Keto at 20g per day but weight still went on.     Hi Peerless Went to the Dr with results of bloods taken and he was gobsmacked! Since, I have been trying Low carb with poor results at first.
