I'm on a tablet called Glucophage. I have 2 take it twice a day. Before my breakfast and before my main evening meal. The lowest reading was thursday just gone and it was 9.4 and that was after a 45min workout in the gym. So fare i've just been told 2 change my diet and excerise more. I'm back...

Well my levels are like a yo-yo at the moment. I shocked the doctors last week with a reading of 30.1 :shock: And the werdist thing was dat i felt fine in myself. My level now is 17.3
