    4.44 mmol/L early this morning. I don’t think I’m experiencing the dawn phenomenon—my fasting blood glucose numbers have been very consistent and, amazingly, right within my expected range.     My blood sugar was 4.5 mmol/L early this morning. My OneTouch Verio Flex meter seems to be holding steady around that number, which I’m really happy about. I’m still taking sugar-free Metamucil daily—it’s been great for my metabolism. Wishing everyone a wonderful day!

    It’s been almost a year since I completely stopped eating Greek yogurt and all dairy products. My HbA1c is in the normal range, and I feel great.
