    Thanks for reply, but my HBa1c is 46 now, on medication, how do I calculate when I can come off medications? How low does it have to be? What am I aiming for? Do you see my dilemma?

    Hi.I am new to the forum. I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes years ago. I am on Glucopage (slow release) 2 a day. but I have stopped taking them as they were giving me nausea. I test my glucose and it stays quite normal.. I would like to know if any other members suffer from head aches...
