    I have become very sedentary since developing osteoarthritis in my hip
    Diagnosed with T2 diabetes in May 2019, subsequently told I am right on the cusp between prediabetes and T2. Either way, I need to get my blood sugar down from most recent reading of Hba1c 48. Just about to get to grips with testing.
